Smoked Salmon and Rocket Canapé

(Serves 2)


  • ¼ bag ecoLEAF Rocket, washed and trimmed
  • 2 slices of fresh sourdough bread, toasted
  • Cream cheese
  • 2 pieces of smoked salmon
  • Dill for garnish


Spread cream cheese onto toasted bread. Top with rocket and smoked salmon. Drizzle with a dash of extra virgin olive oil (optional). Add freshly ground pepper to taste and garnish with a sprig of dill.
