Spinach and Feta Dumplings

Spinach and Feta Dumplings

(Serves 6)

  • 1½ bag ecoLEAF baby Spinach, trimmed, rinsed and finely chopped (squeeze excess water)
  • 1 egg
  • 100g feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 pack pre-made Chinese dumpling or wonton wrappers


In a bowl, beat the egg lightly and add crumbled feta cheese, salt & pepper to taste.

Add chopped spinach and combine.

Place 1 teaspoon mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper and brush the edges with water. Fold top over and press firmly to join.

In a frying pan add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Cook both sides of wrappers until golden brown.
